Welcome to 

Cinnamon Cove 

The following items contain some basic information that will help you to become  acclimated to our community.  For answers to  specific questions, please contact a member of your Association's Board of Directors.

  • All official information regarding Cinnamon Cove can be found at the website www.cinnamoncove.com. The left sidebar includes information about: Activities and Amenities, Announcements, the 14 local Associations and Officers, Online Calendar, Clubs and Groups, Recreation Activities, and Sports Schedule.
  • Cinnamon Cove (CC) Master Board  (MB) meetings are held in the clubhouse on the 3rd Monday of every month at 10am.  Due to COVID-19, these meetings are held via ZOOM. Prior to the meeting, call in phone numbers are provided by the  MB president via the CC email list.

  • Transponders for gate entry are distributed  all year on Mondays from 3:00-3:45pm. During season (December-April), other times are available.  Check the online calendar for that information. When receiving the transponder, the resident will be registered into DwellingLive, our guest and visitor access control system. This online system is also used by owner and residents to register guests and contractors with the welcome center.  The process for DwellingLive is explained at vehicle registration.  For an online orientation to DwellingLive, click here.   • Keys for walking entry gates may be purchased in the Recreation Office, temporarily closed due to COVID-19. Call the office, 239-466-7727,  for assistance with getting a key.
  • Pets must be restrained on a handheld leash which is a maximum 8-foot long.  Pets may not be left unaccompanied or tethered on the exterior of a living unit or any other building. Pet feces must be immediately picked up and discarded as garbage by the person responsible for the pet.

  • When walking, always face traffic.

    Bicycle riders should proceed with the traffic.  When showing proof of residence at the welcome center on a bicycle, golf cart, or electric handicap vehicle, you can receive a temporary pass which will allow you to egress from the welcome center to CC.  These vehicles can also use the normal vehicle exit.
Rules and regulations 1.27:  No overnight parking is allowed in the Clubhouse parking lot without prior written permission of the President or the Master Board.
  • Commercial activity is restricted from 6 pm to 7 am. 
  • No tobacco or e-vapor smoking is allowed in common areas, streets, parking lots, swimming pools, etc.  Follow all other pool rules posted at each of the four pool sites. 
  • Clubhouse hours: 6am to 10pm.  Due to COVID-19, the clubhouse is temporarily closed. However, the fitness center, library, pool and table tennis tables are open. Visit this page for more information.
  • Recreation Office hours: 9am-12pm and 1pm-3pm week days.  Due to COVID-19, the recreation office is temporarily closed.
  • The News and Views, monthly newspaper available in the clubhouse near the bathrooms, lists all activities and contains the monthly activities calendar.   The online calendar is always up-to-date.
  • All official Master Association Documents are found in the resource section of the website. On the resource page is a CC new owner form.  Please complete the form and send it to Mark Sobotka, president of the Cinnamon Cove Master Association
